What does the Hospital do? Privileging and Decision Making

Each hospital will send you their hospital documents, privilege information, medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, etc

Once you have returned the hospital’s documents to them, they will begin processing your privileges for that facility

Each hospital will monitor the CPC’s verification process on-line as it happens

When the hospital has the information they require, they will prepare your file for review according to their policy

Upon completion of primary source verification by the CPC, each hospital evaluates the information and proceeds with their committee review process
